Festival Rules & Guidelines
- All participants are requested to strictly follow the rules of the venue at all time.
- Only Dance Shoes or soft sole sneakers are allowed at the venue during Workshops & Socials.
- If you are found to be responsible for Damaging any of the venue properties or misusing any facilities, we will have full right to revoke your pass and escort you to the concerned authorities to settle penalty or any damages.
- Once purchased the Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE, however only for medical reasons you may transfer it to next year or another festival approved by ALFA after seeking approval from the organising Committee. For such requests please email to info@alfa-asia.net
- If you have won or received an ALFA Complimentary Pass, please note they are neither Saleable nor Transferable.
- All participants always MUST wear the festival wrist band during the workshops and parties, failing which organizers/security will dis-allow you to enter the festival venue.
- During Festival Your Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE! Meaning which if you own a Full Pass and decide not attend workshops, you cannot pass your Festival band to someone else. Random Security checks will be done, and if caught both passes will be revoked immediately.
- If Participant loose their festival wrist bands a penalty of RM 200 will be imposed to replace it, in case of damaged wrist bands participant must show the damaged band to get a replacement for no extra charge.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse entries which are not in the best interests of the Festival.
- Strictly NO DRUGS or Outside Alcoholic Liquor is allowed inside the Festival Venue (Beer & Wine will be available for sale), if found pass will be revoked immediately and the participant will be handed over to the concerned legal authorities.
- NO SMOKING inside the Festival Venue. Dedicated smoking areas will be allocated outside the main door.
- Strictly No Food or Beverages allowed on the dance floor.
- Please take care of your belongings at all time and never leave your valuables unattended, ALFA management is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.
- All ALFA Instructors promoted are 100% confirmed and are in full legal terms with the organization, however in the event of any last minute cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as VISA, Health related issues etc. No refund will be processed (Except for Bootcamps).
- In the event of the Festival is forced to Postpone or Cancel due to Force majeure such as War, Terrorism, Riots, Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Acts of government, Plagues or Epidemics all participants will be given options to either move their tickets to next festival organised by us free of charge or a 80% Refund will be processed (please note all finance and forex charges are to be borne by the Participants).
- All Bootcamps has a minimum number of participants requirements, in the event of cancelation of any bootcamps due to low turnout or Artists cancelation, options will be given to participants either to change to another bootcamp or get a Refund.
