Kayla Bushey

Kayla Bushey is an associate in McNees' Privacy & Data Security group, where she advises on regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence governance and cross-border data transfer issues. Her work spans federal, state and international privacy frameworks, with focused experience in children’s privacy, student data protections and emerging AI policies. Kayla contributed to global privacy research at the IAPP and analyzed education data policies at the Future of Privacy Forum. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) credential.
